My Story
Blessed be! My name is Aimee Plesa and I am the one-woman show behind The Kitchen Witch Bakery & Gifts. I am owner, baker, social media guru, blogger extraordinaire that runs this cake pop bakery. I have been in the kitchen since I was able to reach the top of the stove with a step stool and I haven't looked back since! The treats you see here are the culmination of 46 years of measuring, stirring, baking in the home kitchen and over 40 years of experience working in professional kitchens. I stand behind my recipes I promise you that everything is made with a little magic and a lot of love to be intentionally delicious! Does this mean my sweets are bewitched? No, it just means that every batch is stirred with the intention that peace and prosperity comes to those who enjoy them.
